Cancelation Policy
If a guest reschedules or cancels their appointment within 24 hours of their appointment time, there will be a charge of 50% of the full price of all scheduled services. Repeated reschedules may result in a 50% deposit to rebook.
No Show Policy
If a guest is a no call, no show for their appointment, there will be a 100% charge of the full price of all scheduled services. Our no call no show policy applies when a guest misses their appointment without providing notice. The guest may rebook by paying a deposit of 50% of the service scheduled. This will go toward the price of your service on appointment day.
